Gemmistress tries to ensure that items are described and photographed from many angles and lighting conditions to give you the best possible view of your item. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, then a return may be assessed. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. Please do not send items for return without prior consultation with Gemmistress. All items are recorded and photographed extensively, so all items must be returned in the original condition and not altered or substituted in any way. The return cost including insurance is to be covered by you. When the item is inspected and accepted, then a refund will be processed minus the shipping charges. Please note that returns will not be accepted on gems that have been custom cut to order.
